Client Services Rep - Gumiyo

Position Description

Gumiyo, a Calabasas, Calif.-based technology company leads the mobile marketing revolution for auto dealers, real estate agents, and newspaper advertising with turnkey solutions that launch businesses and inventory into the mobile space. Put simply, we help companies of all sizes integrate text messaging and mobile websites into their business model. The Client Services Representative is a new position within our expanding company and will handle every aspect of our client-facing roles – from building mobile websites to walking clients through their own account. The position requires:
• Working knowledge of the Internet and web technologies
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
• Customer service skills an asset
• A knack for anticipating Client or Co-Worker Needs
• Office Mini Golf skills a plus
We are looking for a person with 2-4 years of experience in a related field to start immediately.
